Good, no nonesense pub based B&B. It's location in the centre of the village was great for exploring other local pubs in the evening. The food served at the Bridge End was also good. Great breakfast.

This is a Pub Hotel in a central location. Rooms are up two flights of stairs, our room was very clean in a fair state of decoration. Bathroom had shower not bath but was in very good condition and very clean. We were not disturbed by any noise from the pub or the street, and though there is a crossing with a beeper outside it was not used at night. Read less

The location is right by the station and canal. Car parking was easy. Staff were really helpful, providing extra pillow and fan within a few minutes of being asked.
Breakfast was excellent.
Dislikes:
Room decor needed a refresh.
