"Full of character!!!"
Myself and my partner stayed at the Bull I' th' Thorn, as we were taking part in a ghost hunt evening. As the event didn't conclude until approx 3am, we thought we'd treat ourselves by staying the night and avoiding the drive home at that time.
Our room was very comfortable and the ensuit facilities nice and clean. My only gripe would be the noise from the Saniflow style system on the loo, very noisy, and I was concerned about waking other guests through the night if it was needed. Read less

The service, food quality, cask ales and friendliness of the owners and staff was excellent.
An ideal location for anyone with a large appetite, the food portions are huge.
Dislikes:
This was a typical olde world quaint country inn, but the decoration in our bedroom needs some attention, and broken furniture is unsightly and in need of repair.
