Good quality and comfortable room, a cosy restaurant and bar area with log fire plus very helpful staff and service. On Friday there was a pianist who played a good selection of jazzy numbers.

Comfortable room, friendly service, excellent food, good beer. Christmas menu had an excellent choice of exciting food options. Top marks to the chef! Good choice at breakfast too.
Dislikes:
No. Though if you use Vodaphone as a so-called communications provider, you can forget having any phone calls whilst you are there! Chap on the next table on a different network had no problems though
