"Highly recommended!"
A great one nighter, ideally located for a visit to Chatsworth and Eyam village. No doubt there are plenty of other attractions too. Matlock Bath was nearby and looked lovely, unfortunately we didn't have time to explore. The pub has an interesting history and has plenty of parking. A good selection of beer with great food but it was the personal service that stood out and was without fault, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable! Read less

All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Catered to my gluten free needs for dinner (GF fish and chips which was very tasty) and for my partner who is a veggie. Room very clean, breakfast excellent

Real ale plays an important role in any good country Inn and the Jug and Glass is no exception. There are regular ales on draught, along with additional guest ales, but if that is not your tipple of choice, we also offer wide selection of wines, ciders, soft drinks and spirits, including our scotch corner.

The Jug and Glass boasts a separate restaurant and is the perfect place to enjoy a range of classic grills and inspired home-made dishes. The chef has many years experience and brings his skill and passion to the menu, which ensures you will never leave hungry. Offering a full menu 7 days a week.

The Jug and Glass Inn has a large car park and is a suitable venue to host groups in the restaurant or in one of the three bar areas. Free Wi-Fi is available within the public areas.
