The fact that I was able to arrive up to 11.30 pm; the person at reception gave me an hour's free internet access; he asked how I'd slept and enquired about the noise (below).
Dislikes:
The noise (loud hum) kept me awake half the night. I was glad to hear in the morning that it was being looked into urgently.
