Combe Martin nestles in a sheltered valley, on the north coast of Devon bordering Exmoor National Park. The two-mile long village street reputed to being the longest in Britain leads down to the beach. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the south west coastal path on our doorstep, and spoilt for spectacular views of the rugged coastline. Just a short walk down to the beach where you can explore the many rock pools & seek out the local pubs, gift shops & tea rooms.

Follow signs to Barnstaple (A361)
After 23 miles turn right at the roundabout sign post for Combe Martin A399, Continue on for some 15 miles to enter the village.
Around 1 1/2 miles after entering village Saffron House is on the right up a slope, Parking on the left or onto the flat gravel area.
