"Absolute Attention To Service"
From the moment we entered the front door our stay at the Seaward was an absolute pleasure. Russ gave the most thorough familiarity tour of the hotel that we have ever received. You certainly feel that they really care if you enjoy your stay & are there to make sure you do.
The breakfast is excellent as is the dinner. The choice of courses for the evening meal is extensive considering it is a small hotel. Read less

The Seawood Hotel is a newly refurbished luxury boutique accommodation nestled on the cliffs of the charming town of Lynton. The hotel is in a quiet location and has its own car park. The back garden leads you to the entrance of the famous cliff railway and a short walk into town

After a typical day, the choices are tough, do you burn off a few more calories by going for a walk to the prehistoric valley of the rocks? sweat it out in the sauna? or maybe you prefer to sit out on the terrace with a gin and tonic and look at the panoramic view to Countisbury headland or across the sea to Wales?

The bedrooms are spacious and stylish, each has a brand new en-suite and a stunning view of the sea. Our bedrooms have down duvets and pillows(with a hypo allergenic option if you prefer), beautiful cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and cosy robes. We have paid a good attention to detail, so we have flat screen TVs with DVD players and ipod docks, we have freeview television, plenty of sockets, books and films that you may borrow.... oh and we haven't forgotten those that need contact with the outside world, we have wi-fi access too!

In the afternoon, replenish your energy with tea, coffee and cakes by a fire in the lounge.

Food is important to us, we use the highest quality, fresh ingredients, locally sourced where possible. Our breakfasts have a choice from cereals, fresh fruit salads, yogurts, free-range organic eggs, locally made sausages and bacon amongst other options. Our evening meal consists of up to 5 courses, we have a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian options that change on a daily basis Our wines have been carefully chosen to complement our menus, we know that you won't be disappointed. After dinner, relax with coffee and mints in the lounge
