Likes: We had a top floor room,the stairs were well worth the view over Torquay. The room was warm and welcoming as were the owners. The breakfast was great and plentiful.
Dislikes: There was only one minus and it was the shower,water was hot but our shower didn't seem to be very powerful. But we managed and it wouldn't put us off staying again.

Dislikes: Bed was very soft and new mattress would be good, room clean but aa little dated.
