We had a ground floor double which had no hot water, when we alerted staff they came to check but left again. I went back to reception to ask what was happening,we were told that the boiler had failed on our floor. There were no spare rooms for us to move to, so we had to have a rushed shower in another room whose guests had not arrived yet. When asked if we could have any compensation or refund, we were told that he would check with management but again they didn't get back to us. Read less

No hot water. There were pubic hairs on the floor beside the toilet. Customer service was poor. Car park too small. Bed was uncomfortable. Dindgy/Noisey room-hearing beeping/floorboards/doors slamming
