Breakfast was good as was the service of the team. very friendly. only problem was the website stated free parking and free gym use, this was not the case. however once the staff confirmed the site they honoured the free parking. location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town so ideal. I prepaid five pound each for breakfast. if you paid on the day it was four pound. I wasn't about to quibble over two pound but.......
However, breakfast was nice.

Apparently this hotel suffers from a lot of "floods" . I made internet reservations with this hotel some 2 months prior to my "stay" on the day I was due I was telephoned by the hotel and informed they had had a flood and we would not be able to stay there. We were offered and accepted a transfer to another hotel nearby ( Mount Stuart ) However, although we had paid for breakfast at the Bonnington, it was not included at the Mount Stuart. Apparently they have a lot of floods, as they are constantly telling their clients this, while they transfer them to other hotels.
