Brilliant Welcome from Myra ,friendly & welcoming .Gave us directions to the BIC .
Room was right next to reception but didnt bother my partner & I we had a great nights sleep.Room lovely !!!!

The Chequers provides comfortable and traditional Bournemouth hotel accommodation, with a warm and friendly family run welcome. All our rooms are en-suite with tea/coffe making facilites, remote TV and central heating. Excellent full English breakfast, freshly cooked to order with vegetarian option on request. Served in our comfortable dining room with tables to suit individual needs. Two lounges with large TV's for guests only. Full free parking for every guest, without the need to leave keys at reception. Free Wi-Fi connection for use with laptops. We are dog friendly with certain rooms which must have confirmed availability before booking.
Situated on the popular West Cliff located on the head of the renowned Durley Chine, it is only a few minutes stroll either down the Zig-Zag steps or down a gentle slope to the seaside where adults & children alike are catered for, with a safe soft sandy, clean sea and beach-side public house. To explore further along the promenade there is also a land train running between Bournemouth Pier and Alum Chine all day, or take a wonder along on foot to explore the chine along the way.
The best shops in Bournemouth, the Winter Gardens, Pavilion, Bournemouth International Centre and new cinema complex are all within a ten minute walk.
We are happy to guide you to all the best eating places in town.
