The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and such a bonus to be able to wander down to the restaurant.
Dislikes:
This was not the Anchor Inn's fault but there was a guest in the room next door who snored so loudly that it meant that I didn't get a great night's sleep!! Never mind.

Clean, warm comfortable room
Dislikes:
Newly designed bathroom had a micro basin with a glass shelf over, so it is almost impossible to clean you teeth and rinse into the basin. Also the shower needs a handgrip for safety of older guests.
