We stayed in the self catering accommodation with our dogs. The rooms very beautifuly decorated and clean. The views are stunning.June and Frank are very friendly and we loved watching Frank working the sheep dogs. We loved it and recommended this to my sister who then came and stayed two nights with her children. They loved it. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely peaceful and relaxing stay. We will definitely be going there again. Read less

We liked the proximity to the Durham Park and Ride service, and to beautiful Weardale-about 15 minutes to each. It was very quiet and peaceful.
