"Can't be beat for value"
Stayed overnight, this hotel is a bit away from Edinburgh where I was visiting relatives, but it's well worth the added journey. Lovely little place, perfectly fine room, excellent breakfast and most importantly a wonderful night's sleep. I have stayed here before and there is an easy, comfortable feel about your welcome, and your stay. It's not like the formulaic 'have a nice day' type of staff - they are just nice people who obviously like having you to stay..... Read less

The warmth of the welcome and friendliness of the staff. The quiet. The good nights sleep....
Even if I got a really good deal closer to Edinburgh,I would still stay here, can't say fairer than that!
