Was slightly worried by some reviews however I shouldnt have been. Greeted and treated all the stay by a lovely lady, (may have been owner not sure) and she was so friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, so close to pier and beach and town centre, fastastic Pizza/pasta restaurant very close too. You will have to pay for car parking but park on sea front and its four pound all day. Room was comfortable to related to what I paid for. Def staying here again and look forward to it. Read less

Everything from start to finish the staff was lovley and friendly the view was breathtaking, great location close to everything!
Dislikes:
The parking was a bit of a shock but thats not the hotel, just think people need to budget for
