The breakfasts are generous and well cooked. The beds are comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Nice sea views from the room.

Made famous by Hanoverian royalty in the 1780s Eastbourne is a favourite holiday destination enjoying a particularly mild and sunny climate.
There are lovely clean beaches and just adjacent is Beachy Head and miles of glorious downland scenery. You will be spoilt for choice with a fine selection of shops, cafes, bars, theatres and gardens, together with exciting events throughout the year.
All our rooms are non-smoking with either ensuite or private bath or shower. We welcome children and pets but a small charge might occur. All our rooms have colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge is available on request.
