In this case, ‘it’ is a blend of ‘old-fashioned personal service’, and sophisticated loft-space living in Scotland’s capital.

Here at The Meadows we like our food. Indeed we’re passionate about it. But it’s not the short-lived lusty whirl of a one-night stand. It’s the slow, deep, burning passion that only a real love of food can inspire. Which is where our Head Chef Brendan Captain comes in. The best freshest natural ingredients (sourced locally whenever possible) cooked from scratch, packed full of flavour with a generous dash of individual flair. All enjoyed in a stylish setting that’s perfect for dinner – whatever the occasion.
