Ron the manager obviously asked if I had a good trip, I explained & he had seen the scene. He was so nice, friendly & genuinely concerned for me. He offered me a drink & offered to help, if there was anything he could do to help me. Read less

Staff were relatively responsive to problems/service requests, e.g., TV did not work. It is conveniently located on a major bus line with access to the center city. Internet access added.
Dislikes:
Misquote of price upon arrival. Internet service in main lobby only. Several internal doors locked at night creating potential fire hazard. Limited reception hours.

Location good with public transport right outside, friendly staff thanks to them especially Neil, room was very clean and had kettle/hairdryer/tv/digi box etc. Came and went as we pleased
Dislikes:
Only observation would be the beds and floorboards were very creaky but other than that was a very relaxed comfortable stay. Would have expected a bit more for cooked breakfast but again adequate
