"Very disappointing."
We expected so much for our stay in the Covenanter at the price but were sadly disappointed. We stayed in the Stuart room and the room itself was not too bad with good tea and coffee making facilities, however, the bathroom however was very poor. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall by the rawlplugs, the shower's water control came off in your hands, the shower head kept drooping and the water did not drain away very fast from the shower. Likes: Nice location. Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Really good breakfast (although croissants could have done with warming through as they were cold and seemed slightly stale).
Dislikes: The room's TV which was quite small and difficult to watch from the bed. Not good value for cost of the stay. No-one was around when we checked out to complain to.
