Could not fault the breakfast

Pity the landlord didn't know how to look after and pull a pint of cast ale be better if he put the sparklers on. How he got in the good beer guide Ido not know they must have been there on a good day
Response from The Mousetrap Inn:
Really pleased you enjoyed your breakfast, we're well known for serving great beer, the good beer guide people have clearly turned up on the right day every year for the last seven years.

"A nice place to stay good value"
We stayed here for 2 nights in December, we visited the annual Christmas Fayre evening.
The inn is not too far from the village centre, a slow 10 minute walk. The Inn itself is very pleasant and serves real ales and good food. It has a log fire and you can reserve a table for a evening meal,
The bedrooms were basic but had everything you need, with tea making facilities and shampoo and body wash in the shower room. Good shower and plenty of towels. No complaints Read less

"Great place to stay"
We booked for a three night winter warmer stay. The Inn is very old but spotlessly clean. The rooms are quite basic, small en suite, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfy the room warm with a radiator that could be turned on and off and realistically had all we needed for a short break. The breakfast was wonderful all freshly cooked and the staff friendly and helpful. The evening meals are also great. I would recommend this inn as an ideal base for touring the Cotswolds. Read less
