"Great stay with little extras"
Stayed for two nights for a wedding. Had a room right at the top of the building, a lovely big, quiet room with a nice bathroom and a big walk in closet. Bed was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The staff were very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended this hotel to my family. Read less

The hotel had lots of little extras. The tea selection in the room was hugely varied and the tea at breakfast was proper leaf tea. There was cotton wool buds in the bathroom and a bottle of water.

A 17th Century building boasting many original features with 10 comfortable en suite bedrooms and free parking for guests. The hotel sits at the west end of the main thoroughfare in Chipping Sodbury with several excellent restaurants and local pubs within walking distance. The hotel has a unique atmosphere and offers a relaxing environment for business guests and travellers alike.

Rounceval House Hotel opened in 2003 following an extensive refurbishment which turned this magnificent building into a very comfortable country house hotel. The House has a welcoming relaxed atmosphere - a real home from home.

The Cotswolds is an area of England about the size of greater Tokyo.
Popular with both the English themselves and visitors from all over the world, the Cotswolds are well-known for gentle hillsides (‘wolds’), sleepy villages and for being so ‘typically English’.

There are famous cities such as Bath, well-known beautiful towns like Cheltenham and hundreds of delightful villages such as Burford and Castle Combe. Above all, the local honey-coloured limestone, used for everything from the stone floors in the houses to the tiles on the roof, has ensured that the area has a magical uniformity of architecture.
