Likes:
Building had loads of character, staff were polite (albeit served wrong breakfast order)
Dislikes:
Room was very noisy, no insulation in the floor for upstairs, every footstep and word could be heard. Warning sign about making noise in the room and being asked to leave without refund was harsh.
