Comfortable bed and clean sheets and towels.
Dislikes:
Room very small dust on furniture and carpet needed vacuuming and the whole place needs and complete redecoration. Very very tired looking.

I was booked in to Lindal Hotel for two nights while I was on business in London. The room was so unpleasant that I only stayed one night, checked out early and found myself another room elsewhere for the second night. Given no information when checking in with regards to breakfast, facilities etc. The room was poorly decorated and suffering from damp. The wallpaper was even hanging off the ceiling in one place. There weren't proper curtains (only net) so a poor night sleep! Read less

The room was damp with the wallpaper hanging off the ceiling. I also found the previous occupant's clothes in one of the drawers!

Dislikes:
Dirty walls. Hole in carpet. Bottom draw of unit would not open/close. Bedside table with paint peeling off. Ceiling tiles stained and poorly fitting (room & yoilet). TV not tuned. Dirty duvet.
