The Manchester Sanctuary is a well-appointed interior designed self-contained apartment in a modern block within a popular development in North Manchester and is noted for its ease of use and convenience. It has been graded as 4 star with Quality in Tourism for 3 years but it is not currently registered in the scheme.

There are three separate bedrooms all sharing one bathroom. The largest bedroom has king-size bed and South and West facing windows giving it a lovely light aspect. It has large fitted wardrobes and TV. The second bedroom is a double with fitted cupboards. The third is a single bedroom or study. The lounge / dining room has leather sofas and glass dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all kitchen plates and utensils.

The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and this quiet must be respected.

The owner is not on site so guests must be fairly self-sufficient during their stay. Servicing with fresh bedding and towels as required will be provided every 4 days or more often for extra payment.

A breakfast basked can be provided on arrival for an extra charge.

Free wifi and free secure parking for one car. Additional street parking for more cars. Please note that the apartment is on 2nd floor with no lift (4 small flights of stairs) and is therefore not suitable for people with disabilities.
Environmental Statement
The hot water and heating is on a self-serve basis (each room can regulate its own heat). It is requested that guests respect the cost of heating water and space needlessly and ensure it is switched off when not in use.
