Wanted a base for a couple of days & found this quite last minute, so was a bit apprehensive. What a find. Lovely, friendly, helpful people, the room was spotless & had a good view of the castle & sea & the breakfast was amazing. There is parking on site but if you don't want to reverse up the small hill, there is an ample car park right opposite. Would definitely recommend or stay here again if we return to Criccieth. 5 night stay as a summer break as a couple. Very nice area; we spent our time exploring Criccieth and nearby coastal towns. Did a bit of light walking and spent some time on the beaches. Had breakfast at the hotel, but did not have an evening meal there - we were given useful advice as to which local establishments were good for eating out, which turned out to be accurate. Read less

Room was very clean and the staff were all friendly and pleasant. Great sea view. We had lots of choice at breakfast and portions were generous - the waitress always made sure we'd had enough.
Dislikes:
Was a little bit windy the week we were there. :-)
