On arrival we were met by a very friendly Ross. Rooms clean and tidy and bed very comfortable. We also had a great view. We had 2 children and their beds, also in our room, were good sizes with loads of space around beds in the room. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and cooked to order. Great stay all round. Likes:
The young girl who gave me the keys was indifferent to my presence. She said the room is up the stairs and waved me away. The lady at breakfast was much more friendly
Dislikes:
The whole place feels run down. Rooms smell damp and musty. Decor is extremely dated. Heating didn't work
