Response from Gwesty Minffordd Hotel:
David thank you so much for your very kind review you have left us, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Most of the food Darren serves from our kitchen is home-made using local produce where ever possible. We do also pride ourselves on serving a good hearty and varied breakfasts to guest as most like to walk the mountain in our back garden therefore we feel they need to be set up for the day.
