The Cricketers' pub was pretty quiet so if you are looking for a genuine country pub feel after your supper, head out to one of the neighbouring pubs in the area, which are lovely. Read less

The room was in fantastic order but could do with some personal touches - perhaps some art from the local area, suggested walks or a guide to the local area

Convenient. Good price although lack of breakfast makes it less competitive. Limited check in time (after 4pm) would not suit all. Check out time 10am is a bit early (we extended as only people in)
Dislikes:
Lack of atmosphere on the premises. No "nice" touches that you get in many hotels (including budget chains)
