the staff are very helpfull and really friendly.they make you feel very welcome and make nothing feel like it's to much trouble. the food is excellent
Dislikes:
the only thingnegative i could give is there isn't a proper shower but this would not put me off going again as everything else was very good

Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful and the 4 poster bed was a novelty.
Dislikes:
Bathroom could have been better served if it had a shower curtain and an attachment for the shower head, also there was nowhere to hang the bath towels.

The helpful assistant manager made our stay especially enjoyable. Adjusting our original reservation was easy.
Dislikes:
For older people, grab rails in the bath would have been convenient.

Good selection of real ale and my dog was allowed in bar area. Nice comfy bed,
Dislikes:
Room and food were over priced. Steak was cold. No shower - or holder for over bath shower attachment.

As soon as we walked through the door we liked it. Tasteful interior. Comfortable. Relaxing. Excellent food. Excellent selection of wines, beer, whisky. Bedroom very clean and tasteful.
Dislikes:
Loo seat broken. Loo roll holder broken. Continental breakfast could be a bit more imaginative (croissants?). Not a major issue though.
