Hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome.
Dislikes:
Even though we were at the back of the building we could still hear the road, not enough to stop you getting a good night's sleep but annoying none the less.

The bar / restaurant was very nice and the food was really very VERY good quality! The owners were very very friendly and good hosts. Read less

We'd driven down from London on a Friday evening to see a friend's blues band play at the pub. I'd booked B&B for the night rather than drive back to London.

Friendly owners and staff, a spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable room.
Generous cooked breakfast.
Dislikes:
The pub is located on a busy road which made it easy to find but meant there was some traffic noise though not so noisy it would prevent me from staying there again.

everybody was welcoming and they made it feel like anything you needed wasnt a chore. hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend ge away.
Dislikes:
the shower in room 4 was a bit like being pricked by needles the head was the wrong choice for the power shower but other than that great stay

Staff were superb, very polite and friendly. Service for evening meal was really good, the two waitresses were young and made a lot of effort to ensure we enjoyed the meal.
Breakfast was lovely.
Dislikes:
Nothing, although the previous reviews about road noise are accurate, however it did not spoil our stay at all.
