Staff couldn't be more helpful and the restaurant served very good food. Clearly popular with the local residents, the pub was nicely busy each evening. Everything that is great about the British pub.

The Greyhound is a beautiful Georgian building located in the sleepy village of Wigginton. This old Country Inn offers a warm welcome to all visitors to this rather special venue. Set in superb walking countryside we are close to the A41 bypass with Champney's Health Resort not far away. The pub is furnished to a high standard with a traditional bar and lounge with comfortable seating. Open fires lend a warm, friendly ambiance during the winter months.
The Greyhound at Wigginton is a traditional family run village inn ideally situated for The Ridgeway Walk.
We pride ourselves on providing home cooked food, excellent real ales and a range of chilled wines and beers. Groups and families are always welcome in our bar, restaurant or beer garden. We also cater for small weddings and other special occassions on request and are able to provide outside or private bar and catering services.
We have a pool table, darts and Sky Poker is played every Sunday evening from 8.00pm (no cost or stakes involved).Accommodation is available in comfortable en suite bedrooms with tea/coffe making facilities, TV and WiFi internet access.
