"Very p"
The staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness - the heating was not working, the room was cold - I went to reception and the manager was eating a meal in front of me - he said he knew the heating was broken - I asked for more blankets or a small heater, but he said there were none - I slept with coat and clothes on top of the bed. At the time of paying my bill, I was told the amount due was x - i.e x per night, not x for two nights - this caused an embarrassing scene Read less
Likes:
This hotel is not geared up for visitors outside Invernesss - the attitude of the staff is appalling
Dislikes:
See above - eventually I was forced to pay x, which I have now cancelled, having already paid x I feel that is all the stay was worth - for a female travelling alone on business inappropriate.
