The room was huge and spacious with a beautiful view. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh.
Dislikes:
Cleanliness of floor and windows (eg I found an eyebrow pencil on the floor which cleaners had obviously overlooked!); rather paltry tea and coffee provision; light shining through the floorboard.

The Grove Ferry is a superbly converted Georgian Mansion set on the banks of The great River Stour, right in the midst of the Stodmarsh nature Reserve. The venue can now boast to be an independently run business with its own character and style. Step into a cosy yet refreshing pub environment where your food is prepared fresh to order and sourced from local suppliers and farmers.
