On arrival, my bags were carried upstairs for me and was made to feel at home immediately. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent and you couldn't wish to meet nicer people than Dawn and Adrian. Breakfast was something worth getting up for. Read less

Meals were provided at a very reasonable rate and time which enabled us to make the most of our busy evening schedule. It is also very rare to find an hotel which accomodates smokers.

Its friendly feel and quietness. Breakfast was fantastic, accommodating both adults and children adequately. Location was great for the shops, tower and winter gardens.
Dislikes:
The decor needed updating it looked very tired.

We are a family run hotel with superb home cooking.
Situated in the heart of Blackpool, close to the Winter Gardens, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre and the world famous Blackpool Tower.
Breakfast and Evening meals are prepared freshly on the premises from local suppliers in Lancashire. Special dietary requirements catered for. Colour TVs in all rooms and Free view available in some. The Albany prides itself on doing some things a little different, very cheap Bar prices to match the local Working men's Clubs. Chocolates (Miniature Heroes, Quality Street, Roses) in all rooms replenished each week. Tea & coffee making facilities in all rooms too.
