Everything, room filthy, bed filthy, torn, hole in bed and crisp packets under mattress, used filled, cups on top of wardrobe, room cold, remote didnt work, no plug in sink, bathroom cabinet broken

Your hosts Dee and Pam welcome you to the South Crest Hotel. This fully en suite hotel is located on the promenade, in one of the best seafront locations for family holidays in Blackpool. The sun lounge, licensed bar and six of our bedrooms enjoy panoramic views over Blackpool’s illuminations, golden sands and glorious sunsets over the Irish Sea. The South Crest is close to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterworld and the south pier and within easy walking distance of Blackpool Tower, central pier, the Winter Gardens and all of the town centre’s attractions. The hotel is on the Golden Mile, so catch a tram, bus or landau right outside the South Crest and enjoy the five miles of Blackpool’s famous illuminations. All year, visitors can ride on the trams to Cleveleys and Fleetwood. The South Crest has a welcoming, friendly bar/lounge with draught lager on offer, plus canned and bottle beers, spirits, mixer and soft drinks available for residents. A range of bar snacks is available in the evening until 9.00pm. The hotel has nine free car parking spaces on the forecourt. Stay for three nights or more and get a free wristband for Saturday night entry into many pubs and clubs in Blackpool. Families that stay Monday to Friday also get a free family wristband for discounts at certain places.
