Nothing is too much trouble for guests at The Trentwood. The owner has set the standard of service that he would like to stay at when visiting other hotels.Relaxed meal times.... breakfast served from 8am until 10amEvening meals served from 6pm to 8pm..... good quality cooked food....

Checking in was easy and the guy on reception was really friendly and helpful ... and he then showed me to my room, how to work the electronic door key, and where everything was in the room and how to work them without being prompted (tv/sky box remotes always need explaining ... lol), rather than just leave me to sort things out for myself (as seems to be commonplace these days). The same guy seemed to cover reception, breakfasts etc ... what a worker! Read less

The room was ensuite and clean and the TV etc good quality. Staff were fantastic (see above)and the breakfast was one of the best! The hotel is also right in the middle of where the night life is :-)
