Staff friendliness, especially Manager and Receptionist.
Dislikes:
Heating failed as boiler had broken down, so we were quite cold and could not have a shower or bath.

Likes:
Hotel position, Ramsbottom itself.
Dislikes:
Breakfast - apathetic waitress, cold food - sent back once and returned with most of it no warmer. Scrambled egg made with ? processed egg, horrible. Sausages tasted cheap. Stewed tea, no orange juice

Likes:
Convenient for the party and easy to find, good parking at the back
Dislikes:
The breakfast was shocking. Service very, very, very slow, no fruit, yogurt etc. milk for cereals was either UHT or sour, the coffee was bitter and cold. Only good bit was the bacon.
