The Hotel is in a brilliant location with lovely sea views....what a shame the building and decor is in such a poor state! holes in the walls and things broken and falling apart, paintwork peeling and thread bare carpets

St Winifreds overlooks Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Hills. With 23 bedrooms, all offering modern facilities and comforts, St Winifreds is the perfect accommodation in the South Lakes area.
There is free car parking at the rear and the front of the hotel, and on the promenade with no restrictions. We can offer a garage for secure storage of bikes either motor or otherwise.
Our fully licensed cocktail bar offers a good range of beers, wines and spirits. Sit back and enjoy a drink in friendly surroundings. We have a passenger lift to all floors for the convenience of our guests during their stay.
We are ideally placed to visit the Yorkshire Dales or the Peak District, which are within 30 minutes drive. Also for the more outgoing, Blackpool and its many attractions are also under half an hour which can also be reached by tram if you fancy taking it a little bit easy during your stay.
Nearby facilities include a golf course and bowls at Happy Mount Park. The spacious lounge has extensive views of Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Hills. Comfortably furnished, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the hospitality. WiFi internet access is also available in the lounge area, for those that require it. Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets. Check-In time: 13:00 and Check-Out time: 11:00.
