• The centre of town is a 10 minute walk, as is the train station or 3/4 minutes by taxi.
• A bus service is available near the train station ( all buses are accessible )
• Our brochures, sample menus and tariffs are available in larger font on request.
• You can contact the hotel by phone, e-mail, fax or in person. We are open 24 hours although response, e.g. to e-mails, may be reduced from 11.00pm to 9.00am

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities • Entrance from the main road is controlled by traffic lights, leading directly on to Millfields grounds. There are approx. 80 car parking spaces situated at the front, left side of the building and an extra car park at the rear. There are three disabled places at the front right hand side of the car park. There are three steps up from the car park to the patio area in front of the hotel, or a gentle slope on the right hand side or a slightly steeper but still accessable slope on the left hand side. There are three further steps up to the entrance, there is also a bell on the left of the entrance before the steps if you require any assistance please ring... The gentle slope on the right hand side leads to the restaurant entrance at ground level, there is also another bell if assistance is needed. You can get to reception through the restaurant up a slope into the lounge without having to come across any steps.Support for the Hearing Impaired
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area• From patio area up three steps through main door into reception area, check in desk on left hand side.Reception floor light beech wood, entrance to lounge on right hand side no steps.
• There are seating areas in reception.
• Please ask for assistance if required, familiarisation tour can be given on request.
• Bar area carpeted throughout square pattern, papered walls various tables, chairs and setee's offer range of resting places.From the bar there are either two steps or a slope down to the restaurant again wooden flooring. • If you require any assistance during your stay please contact reception or head housekeeper. The duty Manager can also be contacted via reception.
• We have a set evacuation procedure, for basic information - Alarm bells are a continuous alarm. Someone will come to your room and assist either out of the building or to a refuge.
• There is good network coverage for mobile phones within the whole hotel
