We are a family run 3* guest house offering a warm & friendly welcome. Based in Waterloo, Liverpool we are just a 10 minute journey to the heart of the city, anyone wishing to enjoy everything Liverpool has to offer without all the noise and extra cost of staying in the city should pay us a visit.
Within each of the rooms you will find a Freeview television with tea and coffee making facilities.
Our en-suite rooms have a combination of showers and toilets within. WiFi internet, Hair dryers and ironing conveniences are available on request.
All our Prices include a freshly cooked (to order) full English Breakfast that is accompanied by toast (white or brown), hot and cold beverages and a choice of cereals. People with specific dietary needs can be easily catered for with verbal notice at the time of booking.
We have a free car park situated at the rear of the property which provides you with the opportunity to use the public transport in Liverpool which is considerably cheaper than parking in the city centre. The bus runs past the hotel roughly every 10mins during the day and the train station is within a 5 min walk and both can take as little as 10mins to get you to the city.
The guest house is situated very close to the Anthony Gormley statues on Waterloo beach, people come from all over the world to see them and are inspirational to everyone. We are also close to both the football stadia (Anfield and Goodison Park) and Aintree race course so is perfect for all your recreational needs.
