The modern facilities, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, polite and friendly staff.

The room was hot,has no air-con.. Also the shower setting was set to hot even at the coldest temperature and the boiler pipe drips in the cupboard onto the floor which had an iron which isn't safe

The concierge is available as standard to you during your whole stay... let us welcome you to contemporary, luxurious serviced apartments with a concierge service that pushes the boundaries to a far greater level than any hotel could offer you. All apartments can be booked daily, weekly and monthly - in summary, we offer more space, an abundance of technology and a first class concierge service and all this for less than any decent Hotel.

Notice - A £100 security deposit minimum is required, with a ceiling of £500 for the larger apartments, this is for any breakages, damages or loss of keys/fob on check in. This will be returned on checkout. Please be aware the following security deposits of £300.00 - £500.00 are required for Apartment 4, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, Masonic, New York Penthouse & Iconic. 24 hours notice must be provided before making a booking or 7 days prior to cancellation.
