"Charming Original Roslin Inn is a Gem"
My husband and I visited Scotland on holiday. I chose the Original Roslin Inn for many reasons - we wanted to visit Rosslyn Chapel, which is just steps away, we didn't want to be too far from the airport, we didn't want to stay in the city centre, I liked the quaint look of it, I prefer a restaurant on site, and there is a very convenient bus to the city centre. I have not seen the smaller rooms, but we booked the four-poster suite which was very lovely. The owner and staff were very friendly. Read less

We really enjoyed the Inn, the facilities (both pub and conservatory, car park), the location, and the fact that a bus to the city centre and back stops right on the doorstep!

"Loved the rooms, not the noise"
The Inn is in a GREAT location...restaurant was superb, and rooms were terrific.
Was surprised by the overall quality...except for little things like one of the reading lights wasn't plugged in and only plug was behind a 400 lb bed.
The food downstairs was great and well priced. Breakfast was good also.
Would not stay in room 1 or 2 again, unless you were partier downstairs. Locals, guests, etc., it is the place to be. Fun crowd but noisy. When they finally left they kept singing outsid Read less
