Friendly staff
Dislikes:
The corridors upstairs were very dark with only a baby light in the powerpoints near the floor - a torch was needed to navigate. Little "way out" signage, I kept ending up in the kitchens!
Response from The King William IV:
Dear Mrs Minns, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay with us at The King William. There are light switches in the hall way directly outside of each bedroom door which provide 5 minutes of light to the corridor prior to going off automatically. My staff should have shown the position of these to you on check-in in order that you can see clearly at night. I am sorry if this did not happen. I hope you enjoyed everything else that The King William has to offer. Kind Regards, Nick Skerritt
