"Poor value for money"
Overnight stay to visit local family. Selected for location and impressionism gained from hotel website. Wedding reception took over the bar and left nowhere for other guests to sit, other than their room. Very warm day/evening but noise of wedding reception and guests/children in the garden outside the room meant the window could not be opened without suffering from the noise. Very unsatisfactory. "Service a bit haphazard but OK for cost"
We stopped overnight during a short trip to the area to celebrate a birthday. Room very clean and nicely furnished bathroom good. Location great for Norwich and broads. We found the service to be variable, mostly confused (staff seemed unsure of things so most likely a management issue) and a bit offhand especially at breakfast. Not ideal to have a drink if event on but White Horse 2 mins in car. Didn't staff altitude/uncertainty spoil stay but need to up game. Overall would say good. Read less
