"Room without any fresh air"
We stayed in room 2 which is a family room - very large room 1 double 2 singles. One single bed had no bed side lamp and the double bed had only 1 bed side lamp that worked. The room only had double doors that opened - no window whatsoever so we had to sleep with no window. There was a fan in the room but that would have just been noisy - neither of us slept very well for the 2 nights there as it was so hot. Read less

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was freshly cooked and piping hot when served.
Dislikes:
The room as I say had no fresh air and the water was only luke warm in the bath.

What it with tinned grapefruit when all the lovely fruit on the table could have been used as a fruit cocktail or local fruit at this time of the year. Read less

The room was much improved from last year (when we also stayed). A new carpet and general sprucing up did wonders. The staff were friendly and the stay was very pleasant.
Dislikes:
The campsite was a little too close to the room - not overly intrusive but you were aware that people were outside.

We stayed overnight in Room 1 of the Queen Vic - we were amazed at how spacious and clean the room was, plenty of towels available, and a lovely tray of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and bottles of water and biscuits - a really nice touch! Heating and hot water were all great. Good TV reception. Really friendly staff, and a great evening meal and breakfast. Read less

Plenty of freebies in the room, really friendly staff. Really lovely breakfast. Room was nice and quiet and out of the way of the main pub.
Dislikes:
Parking was a bit tight round the back, as all rooms and all caravan pitches were full that night.

"Lovely place, lovely service"
Very nice stay at an ideal location for independent travel in North Norfolk. Staying in a well appointed, comfortable chalet-style room separate to the pub building (next to well tended garden and a few berths for caravans) let us come and go as we please, though dinner was available should we wish. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and heard no noise whatever. The setting of Snettisham (not a place we knew) proved idyllic with a wonderful bookshop and plenty more in the vicinity. Read less

"Good accommodation, fantastic food"
Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable in a single storey 'barn conversion' in the car park, they even provided an umbrella to get to the pub for breakfast, in case it rained - which it did! Breakfasts were delicious and huge - we didn't need much else all day! Ate in the restaurant both nights and again, delicious food and good, friendly service. Read less

wet room drainage needs addressing as when you use shower the bathroom floods so quite dangerous.
pub customers need to be aware of sleeping guests when out in smoking area and keep noise down.
