"Suprising stay.."
We arrived early (as predicted), and luckily we were able to check into our room. We were attending a wedding in Pickering 2 miles from the Beansheaf. The reception happily rang a taxi for us however we would have to wait a good 15 minutes..Fortunately the Beansheaf manager decided he would drop us off for free which was a lovely suprise!! The small touches...such as 2 chocolates by the bed, J2o drinks, clean room, and a key to let ourselves in when we came back after a long day at a wedding.
Dislikes:
The room was very cold when we first arrived.

Our recently refurbished, modern rooms are ideal for business travellers and hoildaymakers.
The Restaurant serves a homemade Great British menu with specials displayed. There is a range of draught beers including cask ale and a wine list of which we're very proud. For the summer there is an attractive beer garden; for the winter snuggle up with a drink in front of the real coal fire. Booking is advised on weekends and during holiday periods as it does get very busy with locals and tourists alike.
Business travellers will appreciate the free broadband, full room service menu and early breakfasts available from 7.15am.
