Island View is a four bedroomed house,with stunning sea views it has one double room two singles and a twin room there is a small bathroom upstairs,downstairs comprises of an entrance hall, dining room a large lounge,a well equipt kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a spa bath and a seperate power shower, it has a washing machine and drying facilities.there is plenty of parking space and a garage, outside there is a well kept private garden with a patio area and a barbeque,The large and spacious lounge has a fire TV with freeview and a dvd player, This really is a tremendous location for visiting the surrounding area, Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses are just a 20 min drive away, Edinburgh to the north is an hours drive and Newcastle to the south is also an hour away, there are regular trains to both cities,With both properties been right next door to each other its ideal for larger parties sleeping a total of twelve, We allow pets in this property.

Beach View is a three bedroomed apartment sleeping six in total all the bedrooms are en suite and the twin room has a full wet room this property is ideal for anyone who is disabled as it has full wheelchair access around the apartment,there is an open plan lounge dining and kitchen area, with amazing sea views, there is a lawned garden and patio area and a sitting area with views all the way to Holy Island, again there is a large car park to the front of the property. There are shops withing walking distance 5 mins, there is a good bus link to Berwick or you can walk there again 20mins walk will see you in the centre of town.we do not allow pets in this property.
