In spite of being over a bar we found the place quiet.(Contrary to some reviews.) The room had a lovely view. We were visiting friends. We know the area well having lived in Morpeth around 30 years ago. England was playing one evening and we were readily included in the local crowd watching the match in the bar, which was not on at full volume. Read less
Likes:
The view from the room, ease of parking, the excellent food. The peace and quiet, just the bleating of sheep!
Dislikes:
The bathroom was a little cramped and the air suction unit wasn't working which made it rather hot.
The picture window was lovely, but in view of the exceptional hot weather a fan would have been nic

My only complaint is that I wish I’d been told how to close the blinds on the sky light,I did work out how to open them to let fresh air in but couldn’t close the blinds, I would have slept better
