Likes:
Great Tew and Falkland Arms is so lovely and relaxing - it is hard to beleive that places like this still exist. But they do - and we are longing to come back and stay for several days.
Dislikes:
It was rather cold so we could not enjoy your garden - next time we will come in June or August/September.

The sun came out and we were able to sit outside and make the most of the evening and we were made to feel welcome by the locals. Fantastic pub and we will certainly return! Read less

Atmosphere was friendly, full of locals, lots of choice of local ales, good food. An individual establishment unlike to many pubs nowadays only interested in serving food!
Dislikes:
Possibly would have preferred a larger bedroom! Did feel a bit like a camping holiday!

Our rooms (refurbished in 2004) retain the charm of the 16th Century building and are perfect for weekend getaways. Enjoy delightful b&b accommodation, in the peace of a beautiful Oxfordshire village, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Guests often say that a visit to us is like stepping back in time; with our low ceilings, traditional leaded windows with stunning views.

Whether you are popping in for a 'quick drink', a bite to eat or looking for somewhere to stay, The Falkland Arms offers a warm welcome to all and is the perfect place to snatch a few moments of tranquillity.
