The room was warm and very comfortable. We ate our evening meal in the pub downstairs and the food was excellent with lots of variety on the menu and lots of atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent.

how dog friendly the pub was. We asked if we could have a few "poo" bags as we had forgotten to bring enough and a lovely basket put in our room with dog blankets, towels, torch and doggy treats. We h
Dislikes:
The only thing we could fault was the noise from the front door directly below our room which kept slamming shut and as the pub was so busy it was happening every few minutes.

The room was acceptable until the remote was dropped and we searched under the bed - the cobwebs were astonishing! Couple that with a half an hour wait at 15.20 for a roll with sausage and one wonders… Read more
